Constant Failure of Camera recognition in Blue OS

Hi,

I’m Operating ROV with two cameras having cable length of 250m Tether cable.

In BluOS front end software, Camera recognizing for sometime and automatically getting undetected.

so can anyone share the standard operating procedure for the mentioned facing issue.

we are in customer place its very emergency, the customers are behind us to get the solution for the issue.

Hi there,

Please make sure white and yellow wire are close together. You can either twist them or use electrical them to keep them close. Also, send a picture of the soldering on the USB connector.
