Camera not recognized in BlueOS

I have a customer with a new ExploreHD camera connected to his BlueROV2. He has the latest firmware but the camera is not recognized in BlueOS - only the BR2’s USB tilt camera. The camera works on his laptop so he has wired USB connected to the camera correctly.

What can you suggest we try next?

Hi there,

Could you send us a photo of the camera connected in the BlueROV enclosure? Also try to keep the white and yellow wires close together by either twisting them or if you can’t use some electrical tape to keep them close.
